Scope of application
For all orders via the online shop the following Terms and Conditions apply. The online shop of Norra Cards is directed exclusively to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity, which acts in exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
The purchase contract is concluded with Norra Cards PMV, registered in Denmark.
The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. You can place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. By clicking on the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order is sent by e-mail immediately after sending the order.*
IDeal – Payment via IDeal is secured through Mollie Payments. You will have to choose your bank, after which you will be direct to the secured IDeal gateway.
Sofort – Payment via Sofort is secured through Mollie Payments. You will have to choose your bank, after which you will be direct to the secured Sofort gateway.
Paypal– You can choose to pay via Paypal, either with your account or without your creditcard. When you select this payment method, you will be redirected to the Paypal environment, where you can complete your payment in a secure way.
Creditcard (Stripe) – You can choose to pay your purchase via Creditcard. This payment process is carried out with Stripe.
Klarna – The Norra Cards webshop offers Direct Payments with Klarna. You will have to identify yourself through BankID. When you buy with Klarna, Klarna’s buyer protection is included and payment will be withdrawn from your account in 1-2 business days.
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (OS) platform, which you can find here. Norra Cards is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
In the Norra Cards shop, the following payment methods are available to you:

Invoices should be paid within 30 days.
Terms of delivery
Your Norra cards will be handed over to PostNord for shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the geographical location. The usual delivery times are found here. Please note that due to Covid-19 there may be delays in delivery. Norra cards does not take responsibility for delays caused by Covid-19.
In addition to the indicated product prices there may be shipping costs. You will find more detailed information about possible shipping costs in the check-out process and on the invoice. The shipping costs are based on Postnord pricing.
Are you not satisfied with your order? You can return your order within 14 days. Write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason of your return. You can return your order to: Norra cards, C/O F.W. Barendsen, Sigynsgade 62, 4 tv. 2200 Copenhagen, Denmark. If the products are still in good shape when they return, you can get a full refund (excluding shipping costs). If the products are not in good shape, you will receive a coupon that can be used in the Norra cards webshop.
Norra Cards is registered in Denmark as a PMV (personligt ejet mindre virksomhed) under CVR number 43256742
