Scope of application

For all orders via the online shop the following Terms and Conditions apply. The online shop of Norra Cards is directed exclusively to consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity, which acts in exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Norra Cards.

The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. You can place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. By clicking on the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order is sent by e-mail immediately after sending the order.*

* In case the Webshop is under construction, you place your order via the order form on the Webshop page. You will receive an email displaying your order. You should confirm your order by replying. You can alter your order by sending an email to: info@norracards.com.

bank transfer – When you place your order, you will receive an email displaying your order. You should confirm your order by replying. You should transfer the amount of your order to the bank account stated on the invoice. When your transfer is received, Norra Cards will send your order to you.

Tikkie (Dutch customers)– When you place your order, you will receive an email displaying your order. You should confirm your order by replying. Welmoed Barendsen will send a “Tikkie” via Whatsapp to your telephone number, which you should complete. When your transfer is received, Norra Cards will send your order to you.

Swish If you have Swish on your phone you are verified to pay with Swish for your placed order. You can Swish the amount to 0733246549, addressed to Welmoed Barendsen. After your legitimation within Swish, the payment transaction is finalized when Norra Cards receives a confirmation. The order will be sent to you afterwards.

Dispute settlement

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (OS) platform, which you can find here.  Norra Cards is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Payment

In the Norra Cards shop, the following payment methods are available to you:

  • bank transfer
  • Swish
  • Tikkie

Invoices should be paid within 30 days.

Terms of delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the geographical location. In addition to the indicated product prices there may be shipping costs. You will find more detailed information about possible shipping costs in the check-out process and on the invoice. The shipping costs are based on Postnord pricing.
